Yeah it’s pretty crazy that women complain about being paid less, until they make more than men then they turn silent

There is no gender wage gap. When taking every input into consideration it disappears.
Strategy& is very transparent (salary for each level and cohorts as well as bonus % ranges)
I’ve heard PWC was very transparent with the goal of also closing the gender pay gap. Good for you guys!
HA!
A big fat 🥚
Very transparent. Same policy as Strategy& for manager down.
For Principal up, you need to have a conversation with a partner or principal as the comp structure is more elaborate. Everyone will share openly with you if you ask
No
Lol
Very transparent up to Partner. Totally opaque at Managing Director+. Also extremely opaque across offices/geos
I did a 2+ year stint with the feds. For the majority of fed employees, those on the GS and associated pay scales, the pay scale is 100% transparent. Some agencies use pay banding, which is more opaque, but you still know what the low, mid, and high points are of the band, just not all the incremental points in between.
Not
I suppose consulting as an industry is much more transparent? We all need to price cost of every project hence have to look into payroll cost
