How useful/valuable is the scrum master certification?

I work in a strategy role at a gaming company. While I have the designation of a manager, I am not managing anyone. They were going to hire people who I would manage but due to recession it’s not happening. I was earlier in consulting and left at the senior level. How does one pivot into senior roles without having an opportunity to manage anyone?

How difficult would it be to break into a Sales and Trading analyst position coming from a different career 3 years out of grad school?

Hello, everyone. Are there any health educators? I am looking into stepping away from bedside nursing to go into health education/promotion.

So as a 30ish yo with a government/PE/tech background and CIPM/CIPP… I’m finding privacy work is just much easier and interesting than other kinds, but still pays plenty well.

Is it too late/inadvisable to go to law school to specifically aim for privacy work?

I just find some firms are unwilling to entertain the idea that anyone but a lawyer has anything relevant to contribute in this space…

Is it worth getting an MBA if you are already a Manager at Deloitte?

Thoughts of taking a position at a small firm who practices Applicant side WC...good/bad time to take this position?

Is it a bad idea to go into a niche area of consulting straight after school (life science PhD)? Currently have 3 offers - company A does generalist LS, company B only does competitive intelligence, and company C only does market access but the comp is decent (20% more than the other two for analyst position). Very tempted to choose company C but I am scared that a niche area would hurt my career growth in the future :/
