I’m currently working for a Big4 firm and I’m considering an offer from BDO for a base increase of $35k-$65k more. The pay is a lot higher so I want to take it, but I’m worried about taking an offer from a firm with less prestige. Does BDO have a good reputation? How’s the culture and WLB at BDO?

I established our risk assessment and control practices in 2017 due to their being a dire need for it and our COO assigning it to me.
