How is Big 4 client delivery experience (cyber) + credible technical skillsets/ experience viewed in Google during interviews process? Good/ bad/ null?

I moved from B4 to industry accounting about 5 years ago. I currently work as a corporate accounting manager at a software company. I recently hired an big 4 audit senior right out of public and I’m struggling to get him up to speed. Does anyone have an example of reasonable vs unreasonable expectations for a senior accountant moving to industry after 2-3 years at B4 audit?
How difficult will it be to switch to the commercial consulting practice of another Big 4 firm coming from Deloitte’s Federal consulting practice?
One thing about the Big 4, they will use and abuse you if you let him. They dont give a damn about worklife balance, your personal career wants, or your advancement. They want you to stay where they want you to be.

I was a manager at b4, and moved to a F100 company as an associate for higher pay and different work. I think the problem with consultants is you are overpaid from the very start because you generate revenue, even with zero skills and are willing to travel. Over time that evolves to arrogance because you think you know more than your clients when the reality is your sample set is quite small. I have spent equal time on both sides and would counsel you to be careful in a remote post COVID world because we are all realizing we have more employee capacity than we thought.

Advice from PwC fish needed.. I posted a week ago about an offer for an A1 “experienced associate” from PwC -team is digital assurance transparency. Even tho I thought that sounded off, I ended up accepting. My letter just said Associate @ 68k base. Now I have access to People Path & my job level says A2. So is PwC on a cohort model, or not? Is there anything I can do here? I pushed back hard on the A1 vs A2 thing b4 signing and the recruiter was adamant I would be an A1
