I currently do BD/marketing but am curious if my current salary is on par, low or high. What is your salary and what is your level (director, manager, etc), industry and region? Thanks!

I m wondering how come people who are offered such big packages can't calculate even their own salary and keep posting guys what's my in-hand?

I've worked largely in the public sector with FI regulators and rusty with information on possible compensation band for this role.
