What do you say when companies ask for your salary range? It’s a little schemey to me they basically force you into a corner when they’re the ones with knowledge of their available range. 45 LPA Base + 25% Variable Bonus + 25% RSUS.

I do have a better offer than this in terms of the base package. I just want to know can Walmart revise my offer if I try to renegotiate or this is the best at IN4 Level.
