Why is there so many negative perspectives of majority black cities in our industry? The underhanded things I've heard about cities like Newark, Detroit or Atlanta are unsettling. There is almost never a positive thing to be said about majority black cities from people in our industry. Those cities are always painted as dangerous and unfriendly. The places you "don't want to be in at night". Why is this the case?
