Reformed underperforming auditors, what did your senior or manager do that really helped you turn things around? I feel like this year I’ve consistently run into new staff that are wayyyyyy below where they need to be and I have yet to figure out an effective way to help them improve.

I hear a lot of comments about ageism and how cruel we can be. Let me throw a bomb : is there an age limit for … Examples could include going out to a nightclub, a gym next to a university, a hostel or other places crowded with young people ?

What do you think, justified or hollow claim?
IMO, hollow. I highly doubt an app written in 2 days is anywhere near compatible to the actual system that was implemented. And 300k doesn't go very far in professional services at the federal project level.

Basically, I've worked directly with a TON of SM's but only a couple PPD's in the past year. I have one already supportive, but would feel a little awkward asking a PPD I haven't worked with since being a BA but I'm beginning to think it might be necessary (and just how the game is played)
Depends on your level. You don't really have to officially ask. At one point when you are SM, though, you want to make sure they actually are supportive. Would be weird if during due diligence they gave a different answer than you thought they would.
