Can you leave a company 6 months after?
Any Rush employees ?
If you get term you should get a policy that allows you to be reimbursed if you pay the policy out.
I used Policygenius. Check it out.
If you are thinking about life insurance then maybe you have plans of getting one. Decide what type of life insurance is right for you then you can choose an insurance company to help you getting one. They have agents that will explain to you everything you need to know. You can try Haven life or Ladder.
That might depend on which bank you use. My credit union has really nice life insurance policy options.
Used to sell life insurance, you definitely want term or whole life. Only a few companies offer true whole life policies that are any good (NYL, mass mutual and northwestern mutual are three of them) and you can get good term anywhere. DO NOT get any form of universal life policy. Many of them lapse for reasons that would take too long to explain here, but then you would be later in life with no life insurance and would have to pay significantly more for a new policy.
Many companies that offer “whole life” actually only offer universal life, which can last your your whole life, but there is no guarantee.
What’s the difference between term and whole life insurance?
Term lasts for a set period of time, so it doesn’t do anything if you live past the term, but it’s a lot cheaper. Whole life lasts until you die and doesn’t go away.
