What is the salary of an e-commerce manager?
I am interviewing with Amazon next week for a HR Contact Center Associate - ERC DLS Support role. I have never interviewed with/worked for Amazon so I've been searching for info here, binging YouTube guides, & googling everything. My brain is numb. LPs, loops, bar raisers...so much jargon.
I need a little encouragement & maybe some insight. Does anyone have experience with this role & the interview process? Is it as intimidating as it seems? Any tips you wish you'd known?
Thank you! 🌸
"I've really enjoyed my time at Company X and have learned so much, especially about A and B (relevant xp/skills). But I have the drive to continue growing, learning, and expanding on my skill sets, and I believe I'll best be able to do that at Company Y, where I'll get to work on C and D."
Great response!
I really love being a part of ABC company. My managers and team are absolutely incredible. However, my manager and teammates are not the ones running the company. Some shifts have happened from the higher levels which do not align with the culture and values I have. I thoroughly did my research and I see that at XYZ, the culture and values strongly align with mine.
Culture is always a good one. “I’m looking for a more flexible work arrangement” or “I’m looking to be in office more”
I would either go the direction of I needed to grow my career and the opportunity the company had did not show the future I hoped to attain, tell the new company they have that offering. Or, it was a contract based position.
"I feel like the knowledge/skills I have is being underutilized, even with extra projects taken on. I'd like to vet my knowledge into a company where I can not only help the team but expand my knowledge-base with new skills."
Always keep it positive. I always say I’m looking for my next challenge and expand with specifics for the role or company I’m applying for
I'm in this process now. I actually really like my current role/company and make it a point to convey that, but I'm looking for more leadership opportunities and progression towards a specific end goals. Also people usually figure it out when they run my level against my experience/performance.
