Hi Guys,
I am in big dilema to choose between Legato Health Technologies and a Service Based Company.
Both have offered same CTC, one is service based another is product based.
But read in Fishbowl only that job security isn't good at Legato, is it true ?
Your inputs on Legato's work culture, wlb, annual hike, job security etc will be very helpful in taking a decision.
Thank you in advance.

POLITICS. I think it is mostly about this in most firms.
The firm as a whole? Absent. It's inherently full of micro-cultures.
It also depends on the team
Deceptively cooperative in the face of relatively good natured competition. At least my team is. Hard to judge with not spending too much time at office.
Super friendly and great coworkers...but you better find the right roles if you want to move up.
Selectively "One firm". Only when it's mutually beneficial
Full of people that ask stupid fucking questions
Too broad a brush to say what's a 'company' culture. It varies a lot. With teams, services, etc.. And most people juml between firms. So, it's a cocktail.
Ha, that sucks ^
I meant within the strategy consulting teams... Many throw around the usual buzz words (meritocratic, people-centric, entrepreneurial, ... ) but from my experience jumping around the actual experience can be very different. I would say KPMG is cold, disorganized, and riddled with political traps. Anyone else care to share?
I think we hire uniquely down to earth and probably naive people at entry level. Definitely could be capable, but the firm exploits those qualities in every possible way.
