Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

Have you thought about how they could be giving you the support you need? What does that look like?
Ask your manager if you can schedule a 30 minute mid day check in. Come to that meeting with a list of your questions and where you need more guidance.
Across all projects, you are going to find that people are busy and they aren’t going to have time to sit down and walk through each task step by step and truly give the level of very in depth guidance you may want - it would just be more efficient for the Manager to do the task themselves in this case. A certain level of independent learning is just part of the job.
However, most people are willing to take the time to answer questions you may have but you need to be proactive about doing this and asking for this.
Assuming you are relatively new, rolling off may not be an easy conversation to have and might but be the best first solution. I think as a first step you need to have a conversation with your manager expressing what you need for you to be successful and see if you can make a plan together to meet in the middle. If they aren’t able to adapt to help, then you can broach them topic of rolling off.
I would approach it as I’m not confident that I’m contributing to the project as much as I should/could due to the learning curve, and the support I’m hoping to get from the team. Did you raise your concern to your manager or PM?Have a chat and address the problem first, and only ask to roll off if it doesn’t work out.
