Thank you notes after an interview with ECD / GCD / whoever the final decision maker is - are these done still? Haven't interviewed in a long time and unsure of it's still important (I'm freelance).
Currently have 5 YOE in IT advisory at big 4, looking to exit to tech. Any recommendations for potential roles to take given experience is not heavily in tech? Have any other former big 4 alumni found the switch to be difficult?

Is it recommended to stick with a traditional suit when interviewing for various industry positions? I am a female. Appreciate any input!
I was interviewing for McKinsey in the defense and security industry (clearance needed) and thought I did absolutely great on the first business case. The second, however, was with a principal that had very different political views from my own (I’d done some research on her LinkedIn). The business case felt different from any others that I had studied and felt like an attempt to get political without directly doing so. I was quickly rejected following the 2nd interview. Should I try reapplying?
Slalom 🐠 any insights on the interview process for the Customer Strategy consultant role?
Everyone's hiding their age, hiding their wedding bands-- what else do I need to hide when I go on an interview?

Does anybody else feel slighted that the diversity and inclusion conversation has switched to position white women as its centerpiece. Meanwhile, black women are the most underpaid. I’m a man btw.....
I have a technical interview coming up for strategy and analytics role at a b2b SaaS company (I.e. hubspot). Can anyone help me brainstorm what I should anticipate for excel, sql, and tableau. It’s been a little over a year since I used any of those programs aggressively

Hi All! My group’s hiring for two Financial Analyst positions within Ops Finance (think Ops-heavy). DM me if interested to see fit! Links to positions below. Probably will need to relocate next year 😁
My account partner is doing a terrible job and will be getting fired—timeline TBD. Given we are living in a pandemic, I want to give them a heads up to start job hunting. How inappropriate is that? How could I do it?
SM asked me to “fix the gender ratio” on a pursuit deck where I had a team of 3 men and 5 women. Guarantee if it had been 6 men and 2 women he wouldn’t have batted an eye 🙄
How many times do you 💦💦💦 during a work day? Wfh has enabled me solo and with my partner
Senior Associates/Consultants, what was your performance bonus last year? Just started as SA post MBA and am trying to establish my bonus expectations.
Once a company says they are working on an offer for you, how long have you seen the actual, written offer take? I haven’t made a move in a long time so can’t even remember what this timeline is like. Imagine it might depend on salary/position, as well.
First year M&A associate. I never came into big law wanting /expecting to gun or make partner, and first year pretty much confirmed that. I'm more than happy to leave for in house in 4-6 years and live a much more chill life. Knowing this, what is the best way to max out the $'s? I'm thinking of considering auto-lateral at year 2/3 and again at 4/5 just for the signing bonus (I know things may change and maybe I wouldn't do it if I loved my firm or got an in house job), but is this viable?
Anyone know if senior consultants at Deloitte are compensated with a bonus structure? Talking Fed Human Capital division.
Wfh is more tiring than wfw
How do you all keep up with your mental health in this industry? I’m feeling emotionally drained, stressed and lots of social anxiety. So much that I don’t want to do anything but sleep on weekend
Any examples of pharma/healthcare TikToks?
I have an interview at Mercer coming up but don’t know much about the culture. Can anyone tell me about the work life balance, compensation, diversity, etc?
I’ve been in Canada for 2yrs trying to break into the HR field with 2 years direct experience and 2 years relatable experience but no luck. Any tips on what to do?
For those of you that left big 4 accounting to do MBA, did you leave at Senior level (3-4 YOE) or at the Manager level (5 YOE). I would assume to leave at manager level would be more ideal as when you come back to the workforce you should at the very least be ready to come in at manager or above at your next job? Thoughts?
Hello Fishes, Is HashiCorp good company to work? I got offer letter for remote and they are giving RSU as well so is it good to join?
