Just say “quit slacking off you douche nozzle”
Had this problem with an AD once. the main problem is pretty much nothing you say will suddenly change their shitty work ethic. Talk to your CD about finding a new partner. Keep it civil just say you have different working styles and would like to try someone different. Btw the AD I mentioned was found out as a lazy douche nozzle and fired a year later.
I am doing the heavy lifting while we concept. Their workload is never as much as mine and it’s frustrating to carry out 80-90 percent of every project we work on together.
Omg didn’t think the word “nozzle” could be made any better
I have this problem with my AD. I “check in”. Ex: “So where are you at with XYZ?” If they say nowhere or they’re waiting for “inspiration” or “I just can’t think today (as opposed to any day)”, I usually say, “Ok let’s go shoot the shit about this in half an hour.” If they still don’t have anything and don’t contribute, I get annoyed, say something like “alright well I’ll shoot my thoughts to the powers and go from there”, then I leave, give me CD the side-eye and go for a walk aka my AD is a “douche nozzle”. Have you mentioned anything to your CD?
ACD1 is correct
