Hi! I’m looking to apply for the entry level associate (strategy consulting) positions at ClearView Healthcare Partners and ZS Associates Associates. I currently work in clinical neuroscience research. I have 3 years of research experience during undergrad and am nearing the 1 year mark working as a full-time researcher. Would anyone be willing to give me a referral to these companies? I would love to connect and share my resume and more info! Thank you so much.
Need Job Referral, Thanks in Advance

Where is the lie? 😒

Offers are first priority, then scheduling interviews, then scheduling phone screens. Everything else tends to get addressed in the order that it’s received and sourcing always falls to the bottom of the list.
If I can make a suggestion from a holistic POV - if these things are recurring as in you do them daily or weekly, then build in set times on your calendar to deal with them and let people know when those times are. For example, emails from hiring managers - can you block 30 mins at the beginning and end of the day to tackle so timely answers are delivered? Let them know - I look at these emails and respond between 9am - 9:30am and then have another block from 4pm - 4:30pm - that sets expectations with them when to expect communication from you and it trains them to understand how to prioritize their comms to you. If they have a 5 alarm fire - they know they need to slack or text you outside of those windows.
Sourcing is another good one to block on your calendar. You have to be focused to do it and other priority things can easily take precedent, so block your calendar when you are your best focused self :)
This is fun! 2, 4, 7, 6 to get the quick admin stuff out of the way. 5, 1 to get the grueling work done. 3 to give my brain a break with some mundane but steady tasks.

4, 2, 5, 6, lunch, 7, 1 then 3. Get the brief tasks done first so you can fully focus on the more time intensive ones. It's the equivalent of making your bed in the morning; handle the task that's easy and quick first, so that you can already start the day with an accomplishment.
