Not from there but know a few friends/colleagues who either are or were there. And they always used the word “escaped” to describe their departure...
Everything is cheap and scrappy but that’s not even the major issue. The culture is non existent, higher ups are getting promoted but not the creatives who actually do the work. Yes no bonuses this year which I’m guessing means no raises. My goal for 2019 is to leave, so I wouldn’t recommend going there as a creative.
very restrictive due to lack of budget and clients wanting social work to be fast and cheap. ok for account and media people, not good for creative or production. the briefs always say the sky is the limit but our clients never buy big ideas
Unfortunately, I can’t answer your question, OP. I would like to know what the recent fascination is with 360i? It seems there’s a new thread each week asking about the culture and current state of the company.

Also, can you imagine if a creative said something “is not my job” ...especially the act of responding to emails? Unreal. We are held to a much higher standard of work ethic and overall competency.
We have 2 clients. HBO and 7/11. You can’t work on HBO, and 7/11 doesn’t make work. Also we might have made a Mini website at some point.
They’ve lost fox, nat geo, kashi and a bunch more
@AD3 who is the best contact for freelance oops at 360i NYC if Tanya is not involved in recruiting?
Work here! It’s....no bueno, from a creative perspective. You can tell it started as a media agency.
