If you know your Amazon interview debrief was yesterday but you still haven’t heard back- does that mean bad news? I felt like I had a great loop and they all told me they were debriefing the next day, so I expected to hear something but now it’s the day after the debrief and still silence. God I hate the anxiety after interviewing before the results lol.

5 years in supply chain and I have only went from 50-70k in salary plus 10% bonus. I’m currently applying to other opportunities and I have an offer from Target for a Senior Analyst position for 85k plus bonus but I am afraid to leave as I have just received a promotion in the Data Analytics division and I only been with the company for 1 & half years. Thoughts? And Does anyone happen to know if 85k is on par for a Senior Analyst role at Home Depot? I was really shooting for around 90k. Thanks.

I’m a young partner at an AmLaw200. We’ve had a lot of turnover lately, so many of my friends are gone and my cyclical practice has slowed. It’s made things extremely depressing, so I started interviewing. I received an in house offer at a large company, but it’s the lowest counsel position. I’d be a relatively large base pay cut, but if I hit bonus targets comp would be similar. Should I just keep looking? Seems silly to take a large pay cut, but the office is extremely depressing. Guys, I had an offer discussion with @cognizant. My offer was almost final and then I asked my base location. HR said Pune, but applied for Noida. HR told since the opening is for Pune they will have to discuss for Noida. My all interviews are cleared. I am doubtful, they will confirm or cancel the offer. Anyone in same situation?

Recently, he was interviewing with a company who asked him to do a take home UX case study on their product. He sent it over a couple weeks ago and they ghosted him.

It feels incredibly unethical, but I'm wondering if this is standard practice at companies?

What I did was summarize my main expertise and who I helped. Then I have a bulleted list indicating how I can help. I also added a few quotes I remembered from VPs I’ve worked for. (I’m a product manager) This is the equivalent of “What Customers are Saying”. Hiring Managers: What do you think of this approach?
