Does anyone ever feel kinda lost? I’m at a good point in my career and I’ve finally started a family and am happy in marriage but at times am hit with a sudden feeling of boredom… or like listlessness. I keep saying I’m so thankful and I truly am. But I also just kinda feel like “is this it?” Like what do I do now? I feel too old or tired to start something else on the side. But am unhappy somehow. Idk why.

Can I negotiate with infosys with tcs offer and ask for more and how much should I ask infosys .

I have offer from Mindree (TOSCA Automation) for ₹10lpa (fixed) ctc, Valuelabs (ERP Tester) ₹11 lpa (fixed), Cigniti (TOSCA Automation) ₹13 lpa and PwC (Salesforce Tester) ₹11 lpa fixed + Gratuity and medical excluded and 10-30% bonus. Which one should I join? I plan to move outside India soon. Please help considering all points.

WFH is so much beneficial - increased productivity, save on expenses, no commute stress, overall increased job satisfaction etc etc and companies can also save so much on expenses and hence management should seriously think of Permanant work from home option. What are your thoughts?
