I know this sounds ridiculous but I’m pretty self conscious about the fact that I’ve already been in 5 different agencies (no fault of my own. Covid, life etc) before even hitting 3 years in the industry. I know it ultimately isn’t what matters but I’m having trouble about how I think it looks to others when everyone has held only 1, if not 2 jobs in the same amount of time.

What’s progression like at Amazon, L5 non tech. Are there career development opportunities when you’re in. Promotion within, pursuing other areas of interest?
Fish Friends, what are the foods and recipes that you've started adopting in the COVID world? I'll start with my super easy flatbread pizza, improvised due to laziness and a lack of yeast and baking materials available. 2 cups of flour and a half cup of water. Add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil and knead. Then you just roll it out as thin as possible and add whatever you want! Anything! Bacon? Onions? Peppers? Mozzarella? Chuck the whole thing in a 500F oven for like 18-22 min.
Any advice for dealing with repeated job rejections (after several rounds of interviews)? I try not to take it personally but it’s really been a blow to my ego.
Does National car rental have dedicated areas for Exec Elite to choose own vehicle like the President’s Circle on Hertz? Our firm got rid of Hertz so doing status match with National.
Started a new job recently and really enjoying it, but my boss is challenging to work with. Just got emailed about an opportunity to join a team I’ve heard great things about, making more money and working in a cheaper city, but the role is further from what I want long-term. Is it worth it to make the jump this early in my career? Any way to avoid burning the bridge with my current role?

What does KPMG call their consulting practice, Advisory? Average comp for Senior Associates in workday tech area?
Thought I'd share this for inspiration. I was eating right and working out for the past few weeks and my weight on the scale was not budging which in turn was demotivating me. Yesterday was my first rest day and cheat day. I also slept a full 8 hrs. This morning I stepped on the scale and voila! Down 6 lbs. This has motivated me to keep pushing. Another 15 lbs to my target. lesson learned - Trust the process!
