Currently at a top consulting firm making 87k with no bonus. I have an offer with a smaller firm for about $130k (base + bonus). Issue is I’m 7.5 months into my career and not sure if it would be a bad look to leave so quick. What should I do?

Currently an L4 in a non-tech role at Google with TC: ~220K . Projected to make the jump to L5 soon. Recently received an offer for a Senior Manager role at B4, with a TC: ~200K ToE: ~4 years Thoughts on the offer? Does it make sense to make the jump to B4 for a better title/ more senior role?

So I’m currently in an industry job and have a new consulting gig lined up to start mid-March. I just received my bonus letter which will be paid out in full at the end of February. I know the general rule is “wait until the $ hits your account to give notice,” but if I do, I won’t be able to give a full two weeks before I have to leave.
