I got a call from EY Poland for a software architect(Java Microservices) position. I have 12 YOE, earning 40 lpa now. How much should I ask for this role at EY Poland?

How long does it take to prep for a McKinsey interview for BA role? I've been told 2 months but isn't that too much? I had a heads up that I will be receiving a call later this week to plan an interview, and I feel like I will have limited time to prep.

MBB or a well paid position at a start up?

If you receive an offer from external firm, different position, do you let your current firm counter even when you know you won’t stay?

Can you use current firms counter to raise comp on external offer?

How do you deal with extreme changes that affect the way you do your role? I have expressed how these drastic changes have affected my work productivity and how I see myself hitting my goals but it seems to be viewed as more complaining than expressing my concerns with managing a new sector that has not been done before.

FYI I am the only one on my team with the prior experience managing this sector.

Looking to make a lateral move, however wondering if I can leverage years of experience for a higher salary than a normal associate role? Any tips for negotiation? Ideally I'd be levelling up but would accept a lateral move for a decent pay increase.

Hi Fellow Fishes! I need some urgent advice. I had accepted a job offer at a really good company with a good role and team. I am due to start that new job on Monday 30th Aug. Now the thing is I have a better job offer from one of my dream companies-i would be really stupid not to take that offer. 1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

1.BCG is T1 in the region while Bain doesn't seem so. Do you confirm? And the trend?

Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture?
