How many years of FDD experience does A&M typically require? I’ve heard great things about their comp and seems like there’s so much more up side than b4 since bonuses are a % of billable hours. Anyone know what a typical A&M senior bonus was this year?

Sometimes I get really frustrated with women in PM groups. There was one where I shared my compensation anonymously and someone said it was a “red flag” that I was being paid “too much”

Saw another post where someone was expressing frustration at being offered half of what her male colleagues got and the top comment was asking if she really NEEDS that much money

Hi everybody just want to share something.
I was the 2021 best ADR of all CEU in my company, got a promotion as account executive and in the first 7 month I’ve been between the 3 best sales of the team (12 people). Got back from 2 weeks of holidays and a month of sick leave I’m a bit demotivated by the culture of always been closing, always pushing etc.. I feel like I’m a bit tired. Probably I need a new experience or I don’t like the job anymore.. Anyone been in this situation? Any advice?

I currently love my job, the work, the people. The salary is ok but taking into account the work-life balance, it’s great. However, I am currently being poached by another company to set my salary as well as design my position. However, I don’t think the work will be as interesting and I’ll be working more. I have been wearing flip flips, birks, Uggs, and sneaks since the pandemic sent everyone home in March 2019. To prepare for an eventual return to the office, I wore what used to be my comfiest, sprint thru the airport flats on a short dog walk. I have the worst blisters now. I don't think I can go back to my prior work clothing or shoe wardrobe. I can't wear birks to the office. I also cannot literally bleed for fashion and office culture conformance. I need to prepare for the fall. Help!

Last week I have done with 2nd technical round (after 1st technical) with capgemini followed by HR discussion on same day and HR discussed about salary and notice period everything asked me to keep all documents ready. .. But it's been 1 week still didn't get any call or email from CG for documents requiment Or confirmation. HR saying that its still under approval.. What does it mean?

Any idea how the job market is w.r.t. non-technical roles(account manager, account executive, etc.) and will companies sponsor visa for such roles??

Looking for advice, is it a bad idea to take a chance on an early stage startup (20 FTEs) in our current economy or go for it? I'm currently interviewing for a head of product role, and really torn about the timing.
