I hear you, our top client is demanding but how else would one become the best brand in the world?

We merged our SF, NYC, LA and remote teams so very few teammates are mono clients now. Things have changed quite a bit and most of our team are dedicated to accounts other than the big one. I am going in for a loop for the Senior Engagement Manager role in Proserve and I am being asked for a range for TC. I understand that the TC in amazon is a combination of base + sign-on + RSU that vest over 4 years. Keeping that in mind what should I say my range should be? I do not want to low ball it either. Is the TC range of $270-$300 K a good place to start with? Is it too high / too low? Any inputs is greatly appreciated
