Qualtrics is pretty bad - I would NOT recommend joining. Their pay is below industry standard across all roles (I've heard software engineers get like 80k or something?), including for TAM. I only make mid-50s. Qualtrics posts a lot about employee experience but they do not listen to their own advice; for example, no word whatsoever so far on long-term hybrid expectation, or if it would even go remote. This job can definitely be done remotely so it SHOULD be remote at the "experience management" company.
I'd say join Qualtrics if you *genuinely* like client-facing work and are ok with lower than market salary while you build whatever experience you are looking to get.
I mean that, my current role is remote and that was important to me but I knew they liked to be in office. It wasn’t guaranteed throughout my employment but something like the first year of my employment would be 2 days max with the occasional 3rd day here and there. It was clear going back to office full time was not something I was interested in and they accommodated, I can’t speak to the entire firm.
I love working at Qualtrics. Not a TAM, but would recommend giving the application process a shot!
If the job is in Provo, the first question is can you live amongst a mostly Mormon population?
Not as bad as people think we regularly have beer onsite and descent coffee too. Mormons are pretty relaxed at the office. Also that office is more located in Orem rather than Provo even though it says Provo.
