Great work/life balance. Rarely work late. Unlimited PTO. Love my coworkers. Feel fine about leadership. Love the new people getting hired every day. I’m excited about the 2019 work. In general, this agency is what you make of it. I, for one, really enjoy working here. Everyone is hungry to push the boundaries and make great work. we’re just a little scrappy (ehem.. underfunded) so we’re not super flashy with parties, swag, etc. I think it’s all about what type of agency you want to be at.

Is it a sweatshop? Is there work/life balance? PTO? Bonuses? Do they give a shit about the employees? Are you happy with the 2019 work? You like the leadership?

23 years old, $0 in debt, $71k cash in the bank, $12.4K invested in the stock market and working Big 4 making 76.2k a year. Currently invested in VOO, VOOG, BRK.B, and MSFT (ROTH IRA & Individual Brokerage A/Cs). Should I be investing more heavily with all the cash I’ve saved up; I’m a little worried about the market volatility, but also I’m 23 so want to cash in on compounding interest.

Holding offer from acn CDO, decent salary but they mentioned they are lax on firing people if they aren't ready for promo. That's another way to say they don't promote as easily? Not sure what to do

Planing on moving to NYC in the next 3 years with my husband. Been looking at potential jobs that I may be interested in for when the time comes and a lot of the ones I’m interested in says “big four experience preferred.” I work for a regional PA firm and wanted to see what everyone’s thoughts are. If I stay at my current job, I’ll be manager by the time I leave for NYC or should I make the jump to B4 soon? Does “B4 preferred” outweigh my chances even if I’m a manager when comes down to it?
