I worked out this morning before work in a fasted state. Didn’t have my usual energy, but I showed up.
Rest day. Hitting 315 on the bench on Sunday so tapering off for that
Signed up for orange theory unlimited so intend on going every day if possible. Went yesterday, going again tonight!

About to meet with a trainer. Leg day
Working from home so I will get in a lunchtime workout. A nice break from the usual daily routine.
Lunchtime workout: 12/10 would recommend.
Isn’t it amazing? Wish I could do it more. Keep on!
Trying to get back to how I was before the holidays
My gym created the app so you’re only really able to use it if you go to a LA Fitness
Tracking calories and sticking to my allotment!
Mine was typically:
2 scoops Vega choc protein
Peanut butter
Hemp seeds
Kale
Two bananas
Frozen cherries
Blueberries
Almond milk.
Now it’s all this minus the peanut butter and much smaller portions.
I have a protein powder/ banana smoothie every morning. So far today, I have put on workout clothes. (WFH).
Getting dressed for a morning workout used to so tough sometimes that I would sleep in my gym clothes. Whatever works!
IF this morning and I’m going to eat a healthy lunch of egg whites, spinach, peppers, cheese and avocado. Maybe some bacon lol

I love this thread! I ran yesterday! Rest day today but still eating healthy. Going to go back out there tomorrow
