Working with a writer who is totally unwilling to rework copy to accommodate art. Even if I give a suggestion on how to revise, she won't budge, but she constantly tries to art direct.

How exactly do you go about asking for more money on a job offer? In the past I’ve always just taken what I’ve got but I think that stance has left me leaving money on the table.

98% of the clients we present to are only concerned with anticipating how the people above them are going to react to the creative. Zero thought given to how the audience will react. Sorry...venting.
