Haven’t slept more than ~5h on a weeknight on my project in several weeks. It’s not that we finish insanely late, but if we finish at ~10.30pmish then I need to head to the hotel from the office and I can’t fall straight asleep so it’s ~12.30 - 1am; then I get up at 5.30am to go to the gym then straight to work. I know I could cut out the gym to increase sleep by 1-2h but I really value the balance I get from working out.
I feel really tired and don’t know how to adjust my schedule - any tips?

Thoughts on Air Europa? Looking at a flight that would use KLM to get from the US to Europe then Air Europa for a 2hr flight to my destination. Price is great but I worry that with the horrible reviews and non-refundable tickets, it would be just my luck to end up like people in the reviews stranded after a last minute cancellation or some other bs.

What are your thoughts on domestic family air travel this summer? Planning to fly to Naples, FL for two weeks in July to stay at a family member’s empty second home. There is a pool that the kids can swim in everyday, which we think is so needed. Yesterday I purchased an overseas flight from United but it’s operated by Lufthansa. Today I looked and Lufthansa has one seat left for my itinerary.
