How often do you travel as a consultant BEFORE covid 19? I plan to work for a big 4 as an associate soon; also am i expected to fly and do these projects solely by myself in my first year starting?

Anyone else feel that COVID has made your first trimester a million times easier? No planes/Uber’s/cars to get nauseous in, no weird team room smells, sneaking power naps easily, wearing leggings & no morning commute!

Thoughts? Both me and my spouse want him to stay home with the kids. Childcare has been so unreliable since covid started & we’re at a breaking point with it. I earn plenty for us to be able to have him stay home, but then there’s this overarching fear and anxiety that I can’t shake, even though we’re doing great financially and don’t need his income.
