How's the general WLB working in Singapore? I've heard a lot that it's the norm to work late and on weekends.

I have a blocker scheduled for lunch every day but constantly get meetings scheduled over it. Team is in timezones across the US (I’m PST) but this means I frequently have 4 hours of meetings spanning 10 am-2 pm- makes it super hard to focus 4 hours in a row without breaks/eating. Any ideas for better work-life balance?

Is your compensation and performance reviewed automatically on a regular/annual basis? I don’t get either of these unless I ask for it! Found out others in our company experienced the same as me. Lowball Salaries trending as a common pain point

I like my team and work life balance, during the pandemic was very beneficial to my wellbeing. However feel I owe it to myself now, to be earning what I’m worth in the market (I’m underpaid by a fair bit) especially with inflation costs

Would anyone have any good career coaches to recommend? I have 8 years of Account Management experience, mostly in the Pharma Advertising space but I am looking to pivot into something less stressful and that would require no more than 40 hours a week if that’s even a reality these days.

I’m expecting to go on maternity leave this summer, but I hate working at my current company. The work is uninspiring, the people are mediocre and I feel myself torn between quitting and finding a new job, but possibly losing paid leave, OR, sticking it out and taking mat leave then quitting. Any advice or insights?

I am from Mulesoft background with 12 yrs IT Experience and Got offers from Accenture and whishworks. Whishworks offer 2lacs more when compared with the fixed package. Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma.
