Housing/rent q— In a 3 bedroom with two roommates in Brooklyn and for 8 months of our lease we’ve dealt with mice issues. Our old managment company was so bad at responding to our requests/inefficient, so we took to buying traps ourselves. The problem would go away, and then we’d find another mouse. Managment recently changed in February and thy’ve been much more responsive but we’ve caught 10 mice at this point. Asked for one month of rent free, but LL only offered $500.
