I’ll be 38 when I enter my graduate program and I’m curious how being the oldest may impact the way people view me. If you were the oldest, did you notice a difference?

Seeing how the environmental problem is growing in the world and nobody is doing anything to stop the pollution of the big nations (China, USA, Russia), it makes me think as a mathematician that our days are numbered.

Any recommendations for sagging and creasing skin for very mature skin (75 years)? I suddenly noticed yesterday my mom is looking very old. Particularly in the neck and arms area. And she doesn’t like it. I understand that it is inevitable and no project can do magic, but still, any products that could really help?

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
