I have QA profile with 6yrs of experience. From last 2yrs I have been working in cloud testing role with exposure of AWS/Azure. I have an offer of 13lpa fixed +1lpa variable from Cogni but not sure what kind of project they'll put me into as they have not cleared that yet. I want to build my career in cloud technologies, am AWS cloud practitioner certified. Can anybody from AWS/Azure background suggest should I go with current offer or try to get a break into cloud technologies?

I'm a 1st year @ a civil lit defense firm. I summered here and got the "our firm culture is amazing, we want to grow and help you learn" pitch and accepted the offer of $75k, thinking that was what most other associates make (I'm 1st gen). But today I found out that associates with 4yrs experience are making $80k; for hitting the 1950 billable req., the bonus is $1k. I've also found there are big DEI problems that I can't overlook. It feels like the pitch was a big lie. Advice?

I have 10 years 6 month experience as a SAP technical consultant. I got a job offer of 21.6 lacs PA but it is a C2H with Wipro. The consultancy is saying that they will provide an approval mail from Wipro that they will take under Wipro payroll after 3 months of C2H. Can it happen or are they are saying that just to hire me and later on they won't convert to wipro payroll?

Does anyone have recommendations for resources to help "translate" commission structures in sales? I'm in a role with only a base salary looking to pivot to a more traditional sales role but am nervous about getting low balled.

Client wants to just review roles that have an accounting impact, but shouldn’t they review all roles that could potentially affect the business\application? For SOX, is it ok that they only review roles that management determines is only affecting accounting?

Are there any nurses on here who were able to get their foot in the door doing CDI without having CDI experience? I've been a nurse; overall, for 16 years.
