I've been busting my ass trying to interview prep to transition from T2 consulting (EYP, S&, LEK) to UMM / MM PE but it seems like many 🐠 are unhappy with the constant grind / no WLB... Is it even worth it? I believe I would enjoy the work since I do a ton of DDs now (pay is obv a plus too) but I'm wondering if it's worth my mental health and happiness... Thoughts?

I ordered a Tesla model 3 SR in April and I am able to take delivery this weekend, however I’m now unsure of whether it’s the right move financially. I have a lease on a 2020 BMW X3 that will end next month and was wondering if I should just buy that out and drive it for a few years.
