ZS Associates Hello folks, I am a permanent employee of Persistent. I am deputed at the client side. My client is an ZS associate. Recently I have resigned from persistent. But ZS is very happy with my work. They don't want me to go. My ZS manager has asked the persis manager to retain me OR remove the cooling period clause, ZS is ready to hire me as a permanent employee. I will be very happy is ZS takes me as Permanent employee. But will persistent remove cooling period clause? Persistent Systems Limited ZS

It’s more mature and capable than EY is so that will be an improvement and they are much stronger especially around supply chain technology.
Because there aren’t Channel 1 restrictions you can do more with Oracle and AWS solutions.
It’s a more mature company and practice but you are more likely to get into more specific functions and focus and the deeper talent pool means it will be more competitive to move up especially at senior manager and above.
thank you ! does it have an up or out culture like ey ?

I wouldn’t say EY really has an up or out culture, EYP perhaps but not the EY supply chain focused consulting unit.
Accenture in that respect will be similar but better overall talent in the space, especially because they have depth with supply chain technology that EY lacks.
from being at Ey... very much up or out .

That’s an odd situation because unless you are just on some large program, 100% utilization means you are doing something right.
That doesn’t mean you should be managing people but no logical partner is going to force out someone who is a strong cash flow positive.
For your own benefit you may be better off but up or out is usually forcing you out.
