I resigned at TechM and accepted offer from Infosys.
Now TechM is trying to retain matching the offer.
The package both the companies are offering is the same now except for the 1.25 joining bonus infy is giving. For techm out of total ctc 4lakhs will be retention bonus which will be given per month. Probably the per month take home from techm would be better than infy.
Should I reach out to Infosys for a counter offer? Joining date - 20th Oct

When did you decide to get medicated? I have what I’d call “high functioning” depression and anxiety. I’ll loose my job soon due to covid and live at the other side of the world so flying back home is not an option. I’m ok staying here as the city is amazing but all agencies have a hiring freeze until the end of the year.
