Reconsider your "goals" and make sure they're what YOU really want. You have time to do the things that are MOST important to you, even if that it at some point in the future, but not necessarily everything that you were interested in doing. Spent some time to make sure you know the difference between the two.
Small steps. If GMAT, start with a few practice problems. If job search, start with one application.
Discipline > motivation
