What’s a bad utilization for new joiners (associate)? I joined in June (bad timing?) and just got staffed on something not related to what I got hired for so there might be a bit of a gap between projects. Should I be worried?

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

Got offer from BCG for ECT. Read numerous comments about ECT being not attractive compared to Generalist track. Also heard challenges about billability/utilization. Any views/ guidance appreciated!

Currently accepted an internship at a firm for the winter and also just accepted a separate internship over the summer with a B4 firm. So started at a mid tier firm a few months ago. I like the overall company itself but I’ve been having trouble grasping how to actually complete the returns I’ve been assigned. I just applied for a position in PwC website for a job overseas. But, when I was finishing the application process I realized that there was an "application database" about a previous position I applied in my home country 3 years ago!!!

I scheduled my PTO for May months ago. I'm now nervously taking it in the middle of a hard audit that was scheduled in March. I feel so anxious as I know my work will be crazy when I'm back. Should I leave audit? I just feel I have too many anxious moments that comprise my mental health.
