I would just look for HRIS Specialist or HRIS Analyst positions.
Most importantly list what HRIS' you have experience with. The biggest one is Workday that requires an on-site HRIS specialist, so I'd do what you can to get your foot in the door working directly w/ Workday.
Depends how deep you want to go. HRTech is blowing up right now. Lot of work and changes in analytics, reporting, ATS and product and tooling integrations across platforms. If you want entry level, yes HRIS Analyst or Specialist is the entry level. If you are more senior, then try HRIP
Ton of choices here and paths you could potentially take. HRIS Specialist might be the best place to start and huge tech companies always have this role open, I'd apply to some tech giants in your area.
If you already have a degree in business administration or HR, you may be able to find an entry-level position in a company that specializes in HRIS.

I was thrust into HRIS when a prior company decided to shift systems.
If your employer isn’t shifting, the current system should offer courses. Take their classes. Expand your knowledge.
What type of HRIS do you want to focus into? You may want to take the HRIP certification exam to get an edge in the field. You should have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position and a master's degree or higher, or maybe have at least three years of experience in a professional-level HR position and a bachelor's degree.
