How did you find your queer gal community in a new city?

I worked at a company for 2 years, promoted 3 times and up for a 4th. However, I was sexually harrassed by an upper manager and the place became a very hostile environment that I had to resign from. It's been 2 years and I have worked at several companies that were toxic and underpaid but did not know it at the time. Lost a lot of confidence in myself and am trying to get it back, what advice would you give to find a great work place and get that feeling of having a purpose again. Thank you!
