Anyone in Accenture sales and price performance group? They reached out and I really just want to understand if this is a good opportunity to pursue. Seems like internal sales support, but they said salary is higher than my current comp. I’ve never heard of it and would like to speak to anyone with experience! Thank you

I am due to take 2 weeks parental leave sometime in the next month and have an offer lined up. Is it better to tell the new place I would prefer to push my start date to take my leave and join two weeks after (accounting for 2 weeks of notice when I get back)? Would that be burning a bridge with current firm (taking leave and giving notice as soon as I am back)? I want to avoid losing 2 weeks of salary during that time if I can.
Interviewing for Accenture Manager role in S&C, Tech strategy. I am told MBA is a must within the practice (source: first round interviewer) I have 12 years of exp with MBA How much comp should I target? Does Accenture also give stocks in the comp? How is the salary structure?

Does Deloitte pay sign on bonus for Senior Consultant roles? And what is the expected comp and sign on bonus range for Bay area, F&EP team. Non-MBA. Transitioning from the industry.
Had an initial phone screening/interview with my dream firm. I’m not sure how it went. There were some good, some bad (or at least I think) parts. I was referred by a partner and this is my first time phone screening and was expecting a lot more questions. I was asked a couple “tell me about” questions and then went into salary expectations and open to relocating. How much weight do they put into the phone screen and is it normal to wonder how they went?
I want to go with my spouse on a wonderful beach vacation. Our honeymoon (almost two years ago now) was cancelled due to covid, and I had booked us at the St Regis Bora Bora on points. I have been unable to get that deal again, and feel very annoyed. We live on the west coast on the US and would like to go somewhere that is less than 6 hrs of travel, that is romantic, private, quiet, beachy, relaxing. Any resort, boutique hotel or perhaps vacation rental recommendations under $800 a night?
Which company has the best comp plan for AE?
Been at Deloitte for 2.5 years. Currently at SC level. Looking to jump! Is anyone able to assist with a referral? Experience with insurance (employee benefits, unemployment, workers comp), contact center ops, Change Management, Strat Comms, Org Assessment. Looking to get more experience in functional/business roles on tech projects.
I love my firm, but just got an offer to move firms for a bigger chunk of change and lower billable hours requirement. Logically, it makes sense to move, but I’m hesitant. Both firms seem great culture-wise. I am young and succeeding at my current firm. Any thoughts?
Anyone working at Goldman Sachs London office? How's the experience? What are the advantages, disadvantages of working there? Any additional benefits apart from base salary + bonus? What's your opinion on tech stack? Trying to evaluate an offer. Thanks in advance
Does anyone have any experience with BCG Platinion Risk Consultant case study interviews? This is my first time doing a case study interview and I'm currently trying to prepare, but most case studies I have found online are more in management consulting. Thanks!
Any internship leads/opportunities in Process Industries, or Engineering firms for Chemical Engineering graduates pursuing their MS?
@Deloitte Managers - have been reached out to interview for a Tech Advisory Manager role. My current salary at EY is 180k + 7-12% bonus. What’s the typical band for Manager so I can gauge what base salary I should shoot for?
I am in interested in a role in the HCM practice at PwC or an HR role within IFS. I would appreciate a referral or just to learn more about your experience. Thank you! 😊
Do you think the AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is worth it? What (high level/ entry level) IT certifications have you found most valuable in your career?
Scared to change my LinkedIn to “Open to Opportunities” for fear of my company’s recruiter or parent company recruiter seeing it and then thinking I’m checked out. Should I be? I’m just curious what’s out there...
Decision time: I got offered a position with EY and also got an offer from a mid-tier firm. The mid-tier is paying about $14k more than the Big 4. Is it wise to just not consider the pay difference and just go Big 4 to have it on my resume? I could negotiate but I feel like the answer will be no.
Hi, so I’ve been working as a (TCP temporary creative professional) while one of the agency’s employees was on leave. I understood it to be a FT position, clocking in, etc but last week a bunch of employees were on vacation and I didn’t get projects. My work from the week before was all approved, so I had no edits. I asked for work, reached out, etc but ended up with very few billable hours, which annoyed the bosses. Now I’m not sure how to proceed. Do I NGAF, clock in? Or wait for work?
Memo to Colleagues. For the love of God, please stop sending me Skype meeting invites. Please use a platform that is stable and not buggy. You’re welcome.
Boss just emailed expecting team to work over weekend. Already spent 60h this week staring at screens WFH. Should I just ignore?
hey Deloitte fish, can anyone provide some recent insight into your commercial cloud practice? More so on the strategy side rather than hands-on implementation. Insight into: Culture and the cloud practice leadership? Expected comp for a SC with 5-6 YOE?
