Huron has been emailing me nonstop about a Workday Consulting Associate role - I am interested in new opportunities but haven't heard much about Huron. Anyone know if it's worth it in terms of pay, WLB, etc?

Hours are pretty great for me as an analyst in higher Ed. Unlimited pto (within reason). Pay is a bit on the lower side, analyst start with 75k and associates I heard make 90+. The most women in leadership I’ve seen

Associates range from 90-115 (on average, assuming some outliers) I believe, depending on YOE/certs/etc. WLB is great, leadership is very focused on avoiding burnout - but you do have to be vocal and be willing to raise the flag if you’re underwater.

Large presence and well established methodology in Higher Ed and Healthcare, newer group in Commercial

I'd highly recommend Huron if you are looking for a good work life balance. We have good options to grow and expand beyond a certain domain. The Workday practice is growing fast so it is a good time to be a part of it

May I ask why you’re leaving Accenture? I’m interviewing with them now.

I am a production manager for a residential roofing company that has an average monthly revenue of $500k. My salary is currently $42,000 plus mileage reimbursement, which is roughly an additional $15,000 a year. I work anywhere from 6-12 hours in a day but usually more than 8 and sometimes work 6-7 days a week. I was told the salary cap for my position is about $55k. I live in Nashville, so cos of living is rather high. Am I being underpaid? Is the salary cap too low?

Salary transparency: I recently got offered a technical recruiter position at Amazon! It is with amazon ( not contract). The position is L4 recruiting role and I want to make sure I’m not selling myself short. I’m new to the tech/ recruiting world and saw that the average is 82,000. Is that accurate? The role is fully remote and I’m located in Texas.
