Huron has been emailing me nonstop about a Workday Consulting Associate role - I am interested in new opportunities but haven't heard much about Huron. Anyone know if it's worth it in terms of pay, WLB, etc?

I am a production manager for a residential roofing company that has an average monthly revenue of $500k. My salary is currently $42,000 plus mileage reimbursement, which is roughly an additional $15,000 a year. I work anywhere from 6-12 hours in a day but usually more than 8 and sometimes work 6-7 days a week. I was told the salary cap for my position is about $55k. I live in Nashville, so cos of living is rather high. Am I being underpaid? Is the salary cap too low?
