Looking for referrals for Facebook (Meta) if anyone can help me out! I applied for the Associate General Counsel (Commercial) role and I’m coming from a publicly traded company where I have been Regional Counsel. I have 10 years experience in-house, 5+ doing commercial agreements. I’m really interested in this position, so if you’re willing to refer me please send me a message and we can work something out! Thank you!@

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Don't worry about it. Your firm has handled mid-project consultant departures MANY times, and your departure will not be different. You are replaceable, and your team, client and firm will be fine.
Is this even a question? Don’t do anything that jeopardises your current position until you have an offer in hand. Then just be professional on your way out. If this burns bridges then they weren’t worth it anyway.
You can leave mid-project. Turnover is fairly common in that sense. If you do however get to choose your start date for the exit firm, I'd probably schedule during a time when the project isn't busy or has finished.
