Has anyone here not pursued an extension because client isn’t listening to advice, whitewashes statuses, purposefully misreports (read: lies) despite what data clearly shows, misses deadlines and then just rebaselines dates, etc. because of concern they will fail and try to blame consultants (so reputational risk) and for other reasons (e.g., no value in time billed, other work could be pursued, mental health, etc)?

I asked if I can pay for premium processing since the Texas processing center takes 11-13.5 months but I am not sure it will be worth it if the I-485 takes a long time. Thanks!

Hi! I am planning to move from Georgia to California (San Jose). Prior to signing a new lease in San Jose, I wanted to work with the immigration to file my the LCA for the work location change. They are asking me for the exact address and I haven’t narrowed down at this point. Can I temporarily give a friend’s address in the same area for my LCA?
