Heading into an interview with a current NFT hotshot company and feeling both excited and out of my depth. The isolation of WFH during the pandemic has certainly eroded my confidence and even though I’m certain I can tackle any role with the proper support of peers and upper leadership, I’m struggling with these intros.
- How do you convey competence during brief (20min or less) video calls?
- In what ways do you feel you’re able to show your personality, humility, and enthusiasm for the role?

Curious what other underwriters are being paid. We have had a good amount of turn over lately where people are getting 20K plus more, but the people we are hiring to fill those spots are saying we pay “way” more than their previous role. Seems there is a big gap.
