I absconded in the month of April (informed to Manager) and he asked to resign officially and then abscond so I did the same. Now Officially I am out of company in the last week of July(as per notice period it was LWD). And in first week of Aug they send me email stating give reason in writting for absentism or else they will take disciplinary action(may be termination) so what is going on? why would any company bother to take disciplinary action post last working day?any other thoughts please
