I accepted a full-time role offer at Deloitte around October. I was graduating my Bachelor’s degree(120 credits), that was my last semester. Everything was smooth, signed offer, law office contacted me, submitted papers for H1B cap registration. Now HR tells me they can only start my full-time role after I get 150 credits. They want come up with options for me, they want me start with intern or part-time first until I got my 150 credits. I need help with this situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe it depends on what position you are. For tax , they requires 150 before start full-time job. I don’t know about other lines

I was originally under the impression that I wouldn’t have to have my 150 credit by the time I start but I need mine as well. I’m graduating with 134 credits so it’s only 16 that I need to obtain but I believe when I started I just needed to have the degree.
