The company just filed my I-129 with USCIS on a premium processing yesterday. When I accepted the job offer, my current company paused their GC processing. I realized today that my current company has resumed GC application. Should I consider staying with the firm? My reason for leaving is job opportunity & growth

Hi Fishes, I need help with this scenario. I have notice period of 90 days, the money you say 90 days, HR won't agree to move forward, so I told I will get release in 60 days. Now HR is saying they need a written mail with last working day mentioned for after 60 days and then only they will generate the offer letter.

Wipro walo, I have joined on last month, 11th July. I am working in South African shift timings. I am entitled to get Rs 2500 per month as shift allowance, but I didn't get it for last month. On speaking to one of our senior members, he said shift assignment only takes place between 1st to 10th of every month. So it will be assigned this month and will also receive last month shift allowance pay as arrear. Is this true ? Where can I check whether my manager has assigned me a shift or not ?

So I joined IBM five months back and just a week back I got a project.

Since my shift is 11:30 am - 8:30 pm, I started clocking in my hours in Workday from previous Monday for shift allowance and its pending for approval with my people manager.

Guys can you tell me when should we contact our manager by the end of every week or by the end of the month to get the entered time approved on Workday?

Secondly, does the people manager approve it or the project manager?

I need your help/advice. I’m currently at the stage of filling my PERM case and my lawyer is asking me to provide all the employment verification letters before he files the case. I was able to get most of them but one of my employers (outside of the US) is not willing to sign the letter for some reason (HR). I tried to reach out to my previous managers but they are not reachable and all retired (it’s from 10 years back..). Not sure what to do.. any advice/feedback?
