Searching jobs via LinkedIn and other job portals I could only find startups, with limited chances of my profile getting picked up. Hey guys! When do you think would be a good time to ask for a internal transfer? Just joined a company but I’m more into advisory or consulting side of things. My company does have a service line in Accounting and Business Advisory, and also due diligence and transaction advisory. But I feel really bad if I tell people I wanna transfer after just a month I started and also I have no idea who I should be reaching out. If I don’t do it now would it be harder later?
