I’ve had three interviews for an internal position over a period of about 6 weeks The last was over a week ago. And I can’t get the HR rep to even return an email or a TEAMS chat as to a ballpark when a decision may be made. VERY frustrating. Even just a “we will be making a decision soon”. Or whatever would be nice. I feel disrespected.

Feeling that I never land an offer from Google. I have tried many times and in my last try, I passed phone screening but recruiter ghosted me...
I am not sure what is wrong...
When I apply with referral, my resume always pass screening and shared with managers. But then no response.
When I get feedback on my resume and experience, people always mention "impressive". I feel desperate...Being in less challenging role at Amazon makes everything worse.

I was interviewed in Feb this year and was confirmed verbally by Oracle. Also sent docs for BGV. Later was told that the position went into freeze due to budget constraints, and will be lifted in 3rd week of May. Now HR is asking to wait until 2nd week of June. I got selected in KPMG and getting a good 70% hike but i think i lowballed myself when the HR once again asked yesterday if i'm okay with the package. I immediately said i'm okay as they already accepted my initial quote and pushing them for more would be a greedy move.
